Going Beyond Limitations
PHCNW is headquartered in Portland, Oregon. We train and employ individuals with disabilities throughout Oregon and Washington. Contracted services in custodial, landscaping, light industry and administrative services allow PHCNW to assist individuals with disabilities who traditionally lack work opportunities. PHCNW helps employees develop the technical skills required to become productive members of the community, to build self-esteem and to live independently.

PHCNW is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Corporation
PHCNW is a Qualified Rehabilitation Facility (QRF) and a Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP). Since 1968, PHCNW has been recognized as a Qualified Training Center. From its inception in 1951, PHCNW has provided the education, training and jobs for thousands of people with developmental, physical and mental disabilities. PHCNW takes pride in helping people go beyond their limitations.
