HUD 811 Subsidized for Individuals with Disabilities
PHCNW’s newest addition is a 16-unit complex under the HUD 811 program
which provides subsidized housing for people with severe disabilities.
Each resident pays 30% of his or her monthly income for rent. A waiting
list for this complex is managed at the PHCNW main office. Applicants for
the waiting list must complete a waitlist form and submit it to our main
office. Applicants are waitlisted in the order the applications are received.
