over 650 custodial employees working all shifts, seven days a week, PHCNW
provides support to handle fire, floods, snow, and other emergency situations
in a timely manner.

The PHCNW Quality Assurance Program reinforces each worker’s training
with one-on-one quality inspections. We regularly meet with customers,
conduct site visits and perform customer satisfaction surveys. We promptly
