PHCNW owns several apartment complexes in the Portland area. While this housing is not directly subsidized, PHCNW maintains its mission to provide quality housing at a price that is competitive and affordable for individuals and families.
Affordable Housing Overview
To be eligible for PHCNW’s affordable housing, a household’s income from all sources cannot exceed 60% of the median income for the Portland-Beaverton-Vancouver area.
For household income requirements please refer to the Affordable Housing application form.
PHCNW works with the Section 8 Voucher, RASP, DV grants, Ready-to-Rent, Fresh Start, and other assistance programs.
We require a $29 screening charge to be submitted with each application prior to processing. A $300 refundable security deposit is required. To schedule a tour, or inquire about availability and move-in specials, contact the PHCNW office.
