HUD Section 8 Subsidized Housing (Project-Based)

A waiting list for these housing complexes is managed by PHCNW and the wait is approximately two years. Because of the limited number of units, PHCNW generally cannot provide immediate subsidized housing assistance.

• Applicants for the waiting list must complete a Waitlist Application Form and submit it to our main office. A form is available for each of the properties listed below and can be viewed and printed through the "Waitlist Application Form" link associated with the selected property. Waitlist applications may be submitted for more than one property, but the correct application for the property must be used.
• The "Waitlist Application Form" must be filled in completely. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Waitlist applications will be processed according to the Tenant Selection Plan. 
• When an application nears the top of the waiting list, the applicant will be contacted and asked to complete the Housing Application Form (see property listings for appropriate application form) which is required for the screening process. There is no application fee. A refundable security deposit based on income is required. To schedule a tour, or inquire about availability, contact the PHCNW office.
