BL Lights is a total lighting design and manufacturing organization for "application-specific", low energy consumption, and long lasting LED lighting systems.
In 2006 Portland Habilitation Center NW (PHCNW) constructed their 115,000 square foot manufacturing facility near the Portland International Airport. The building was sited with a large south facing roof and configured with an 870kW solar power plant. BL-Lights operates within this state-of-the-art industrial building to design and manufacture energy efficient products of the future. |

PHCI is a hub for mechanical design and engineering for integrated mechanical assemblies. Utilizing Solidworks, PHCI is able to convert sketches and ideas into a fully documented design prototype. All designs can be delivered with working prototype and modeling results to evaluate the project as a whole.

PHCI is a proud producer of All Natural wood planks for barbecuing. We have developed our standard size of the wood planks to fit most family filet sizes and barbecues.
Our standard size 7/16" x 5-3/4" x 14-1/2" is available in individual packs and larger order sizes. We are the producers of multiple brands for distribution in US markets and restaurants.
Alder and Cedar products are available in a variety of sizes and volume orders are discounted for wholesale purchases.

Detail Drafting & Fabrication – SolidWorks – 16 weeks (600 hours)
This course will prepare you with the skills necessary to successfully use Solidworks - the leading 3-D modeling design software in the world. You will receive quality instruction from experienced engineers on design and drafting techniques. You will also have the opportunity to use the machine shop and build what you have designed. The program will give you a well rounded design and drafting skill set, in addition to real machine shop production experience.
