Janitorial Services

When it comes to Janitorial Services, no one in the industry provides the training, efficiency and value like PHCNW, where comprehensive training is at the core of our mission. We are proud to clean millions of square feet nightly at manufacturing centers, airports, universities, health clinics, class-A office buildings and government buildings. Since 1975, we have been a union shop that focuses on productivity enhancements, rather than low wages as a business and rehabilitation strategy.

We are committed to protecting and respecting the environment through everyday environmental practices. We assume an active role in the environmental awareness and practice of our employees, suppliers, contractors and customers.

 Our Environmental Manual documents our current principles by establishing the criteria in products and chemicals selection as well as in testing new, eco-friendly janitorial brands.

PHCNW Janitorial Services is one of the largest providers in the Pacific Northwest. We are one of the first organizations in the nation to be awarded ISSA’s Cleaning Industry Management Standard’s certification with honors. We are also certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration.

We provide our janitorial customers with a standard of service that is expected of a world-class organization. We build and maintain long-term professional relationships by:

  • Emphasizing flexibility, making it easy to do business with us

Our list of satisfied customers include: the Portland International Airport, Oregon Health Sciences University and the City of Portland.

The main objective of PHCNW’s Quality Assurance Program is to satisfy customers; however, our goal is to exceed our customers' expectations. To accomplish this, we developed a state-of-the-art web-based quality control and tracking program.
